 No cleaning situation is the same. That's why we begin every appointment with a complete inspection, noting any heavily soiled or high-traffic areas. Then our cleaning specialists use a hot water extraction method to effectively remove ground-in dirt and debris that may or may not be visible to the naked eye. 

  * One room of carpet is up to 150 sq ft. If additional cleaning is deemed necessary, all extra fees will be discussed and agreed to prior to service. 

*  If the hallway is less than 40 sq ft, we do it as a courtesy. If the area is more, we charge it as if it was an additional room.
